Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

The Return period will be determined by each Boutique directly, check the “Return Policies” link on each of their storefronts. Please note as a general rule, returns are only accepted if the garment has returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.

Returns outside the return period will be subject for approval by the Boutique, regardless if the item is still sealed or not.

Boutiques reserve the right to charge a ‘restocking fee’ as they see fit.

Shipping fees for returned Items:

If you’re returning an item because it was defective or not as described, delivery and return shipment fees will be refunded as store credit if item is returned within 3 days of the purchase.  

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy. Please note that shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
