To buy an item, click on the “Add to Bag” option of the item(s) that you wish to purchase. The item(s) will then be added to your Shopping Bag. Then you have an option to continue browsing or to go to checkout. The item(s) that are in your Shopping Bag are not reserved for you and are available for other shoppers until the order is placed. Any item(s) in your Shopping Bag would remain in your Shopping Bag unless deleted or completed.
You can select your preferred payment type, whether by debit/credit cards (we accept both Visa and MasterCard options), PayPal, or via bank transfer.
PayPal is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily without having to share any of your financial information. PayPal remembers your bank details, and keeps them safe.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us on orders@boksha.com or on +971 50 522 9555. If there’s a mistake in any of your order’s details, please contact us as soon as you can so we can correct it. If any of your order’s details need to be changed after the boutique accepts your order, any changes would need to be approved by the boutique and BOKSHA.
This can vary based on the item(s) that you have chosen, the expected duration of each item is mentioned on the item page. The shipping services we use would allow you track your delivery.
Log into your Boksha account and update your details through Profile.
Please contact us directly on orders@boksha.com or on +971 50 522 9555 so we can cancel the order for you. Any cancellations should be done within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges. After 1 hour of placing an order, you can only cancel the order before the boutiques start processing their orders, which will be confirmed by email. Boutiques will assess cancellation post processing time and will inform you about their decision regarding their request. Cancellations for bespoke orders are not possible during the processing time and any cancellation will incur the full cost. Refunds agreed by boutiques will be done only through a credit note with BOKSHA.com
You have 7 days within receiving an order to return an item for exchange, this would not apply on custom-made orders unless approved by the boutique and BOKSHA. Requests can be made in one of the following ways: • Email us on orders@boksha.com • Contact us on +971 50 522 9555 • Log in to your account, go to “My Account”, then click on “Shipment Returns” on your dashboard Please note however that exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described, and any request for a refund would have to be approved by the boutique and BOKSHA.. Also kindly note as a general rule, returns are only accepted if the garment has returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached. Refunds will be done through a credit note with BOKSHA.com, unless the order was cancelled within the hour of purchase.
If a garment has been made and produced according to your exact measurements, the boutique is under no obligation to accept a return. However we recommend that you contact us with your request, and we would be happy to assess the situation with the boutiques and find the best possible solution for you.
Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit bank account. If you have confirmed that you have available funds, there may be an issue with your billing address, your 3-digit CV2 number on the back of your card, your card’s speed limit, etc. If all the details you’ve entered are correct, make sure to contact your bank to look further into the issue, otherwise, you are free to use any of our other payment methods available at checkout.
